Purpose of the Sub-Delegation Call Through this Call for Proposals, AUDA-NEPAD seeks to partner with regional and national actors capable of implementing initiatives that: Strengthen entrepreneurial skills and support micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Expand access to finance, digital tools, and markets for young entrepreneurs and women-led enterprises. Promote innovation-driven employment, especially in emerging sectors such as green energy, agribusiness, and digital transformation. Foster cross-border collaboration through regional value chains and trade integration. Support capacity building, policy dialogue, and advocacy to sustain gender equality and youth participation in development. These sub-delegations will complement AUDA-NEPAD’s broader mandate to accelerate implementation of Agenda 2063, particularly the goals of achieving inclusive growth, gender parity, and youth empowerment across Africa. Eligibility and Target Partners The call is open to: Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) operating at national or regional levels with proven experience in youth and women’s development initiatives. Private sector entities committed to social impact investments, innovation, and inclusive business models. Public institutions with mandates to promote entrepreneurship, education, and workforce development. Eligible applicants should demonstrate: Proven technical and financial capacity to manage donor-funded programs. A solid track record of implementing projects in line with AUDA-NEPAD’s principles of sustainability, accountability, and innovation. Capacity to collaborate effectively across borders and with multiple stakeholders, including governments and development partners.
