The Shiraka Training Programme (STP) is part of the broader Shiraka Programme, developed by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It aims to support societal development across the MENA region by enhancing government public service delivery while actively involving civilians in this process. The programme offers specialized training for mid-career public officials, combining theoretical learning, practical exercises, and site visits. Courses cover key areas such as water management, food safety, public financial management, legislation, local governance, and social development.
