The Regional Universities Forum for Capacity Building in Agriculture (RUFORUM), in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation and multiple African universities, invites applications for the TAGDev 2.0 Programme Scholarship for the 2026/2027 academic year at University of Eldoret, Kenya. This programme aims to strengthen African universities and TVET institutions while empowering young people to drive inclusive, climate-resilient transformation in agriculture and agrifood systems. The scholarship targets economically disadvantaged but academically competent students, with particular encouragement for females, refugees, internally displaced persons, and persons with disabilities.
