Supporting Research That Drives Social Justice The Canon Collins-RMTF Scholarship is designed to support postgraduate students whose academic work addresses some of the region’s most pressing social, economic, political, and environmental challenges. The scholarship encourages research that promotes justice, equality, and sustainable development while strengthening academic excellence and leadership across Southern Africa. Eligible Fields of Study Applicants must be planning postgraduate study in one of the programme’s supported disciplines. Eligible fields include: Justice, including: Climate Justice Law Economics Politics Education Policy and Practice Humanities, including: Literature History Anthropology The Arts Across all fields, research proposals should demonstrate a clear focus on social justice and their potential contribution to positive change in the region.
