Applicants must: Hold a Bachelor’s degree or another first university degree recognised in Germany by the application deadline. Apply for a full-time, tuition-free Master’s programme. Intend to begin studies in Winter Semester 2027/28. Demonstrate excellent academic performance. Meet the language requirements of the chosen programme. Applicants who already hold a Master’s degree are not eligible. Funding is also not available for students who have already started a Master’s programme in Germany.
