The full scholarship provides comprehensive financial support, including: Full tuition fee coverage, valued at up to £36,000 for international students in 2026/27. A maintenance grant to support living expenses. Up to £4,000 towards economy-class travel costs based on valid receipts. Tuition payments are made directly by The Sainsbury Laboratory to UEA, while maintenance support is provided directly to successful scholarship recipients. David Sainsbury 50% Fee Scholarship Opportunity Applicants who do not qualify for the full scholarship may be considered for the David Sainsbury 50% Fee Scholarship. This award is available to candidates from higher-income and upper-middle-income countries, including applicants from the United Kingdom. Eligibility requirements include: Holding an offer to study the UEA MSc in Global Plant Health programme. Meeting academic and programme admission requirements.
