Scholarship Offers Full Tuition and Generous Living Support The Human Rights Scholarship provides one of the most comprehensive graduate research funding packages available at the University of Melbourne. Successful recipients will receive: Full tuition fee remission Living allowance valued at $44,500 per year Relocation grant for eligible students Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for international students The total scholarship value ranges between $89,000 and $155,000, depending on the duration and level of study. The university confirmed that the living allowance includes limited paid sick leave, maternity leave, and parenting leave provisions for eligible scholars.
