IAEA Marie Sklodowska-Curie Scholarship Programme (MSCFP) 2027 for Master’s Students Host Institution/Organization: International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Programme Type: Fully Funded Master’s Scholarship & IAEA Internship Opportunity Target Audience: Female Master’s Students Worldwide Funding Value: Up to €40,000 (€20,000 Tuition + €20,000 Living Stipend) Eligible Fields: Nuclear Engineering, Nuclear Physics, Chemistry, Nuclear Medicine, Isotopic Techniques, Radiation Biology, Nuclear Safety & Security, Non-Proliferation, Nuclear Law Application Deadline: October 31, 2026 About the Scholarship The IAEA Marie Sklodowska-Curie Fellowship Programme (MSCFP) aims to inspire and support young women pursuing careers in the nuclear field. The fellowship provides financial support for Master’s degree programs in nuclear-related subjects, as well as access to internship opportunities facilitated directly by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to advance the safe, secure, and peaceful uses of nuclear science and technology. Scholarship Benefits & Coverage Tuition Coverage: Up to €20,000 allocated directly toward university tuition fees. Living Allowance: Up to €20,000 provided for living costs during the Master’s program. IAEA Internships: Facilitated access to professional internship placements at IAEA headquarters and partner centers. Eligibility Requirements Gender: Open exclusively to female candidates. Enrollment: Must be accepted into or currently enrolled in an accredited university in a Master’s degree program focusing on a nuclear-related field. Academic Record: Preference is given to applicants with above-average academic credentials (75% or above, or GPA > 3.0 out of 4.0). Nationality: Open to citizens of all countries. Required Application Documents Applicants must prepare and upload the following documents (in English or with official English translations): Copy of Passport or National ID. Official University Acceptance/Admission Letter specifying the nuclear-related field of study and program duration. Official statement of tuition fees or confirmation of tuition costs. Two (2) completed reference forms sent directly to MSCFP@iaea.org by the referees.
