The One League Entrepreneurial Innovation Fellowship offers an exceptional opportunity for emerging innovators, founders, and change-makers worldwide to access world-class entrepreneurial education. Delivered in collaboration with Stanford Online, the Fellowship equips participants with advanced innovation, venture-building, and leadership skills anchored in Silicon Valley expertise and global industry practice. Round I applications have closed, and Round II is now open until January 15, 2026. Carissa Little, Executive Director of Stanford Engineering Center for Global & Online Education, highlighted the significance of the program, noting that One League extends access to high-impact entrepreneurial education to talented individuals globally, regardless of financial means. Programme Overview The Fellowship delivers a rigorous, hands-on, one-year learning experience designed to cultivate entrepreneurial thinking and equip participants with practical, scalable tools to transform ideas into impactful ventures. It integrates six Stanford Online courses, complemented by two specialized One League courses, all supported by live, synchronous classes and real-world application. Key features include: Training in design thinking, innovative problem-solving, and product-to-market strategies. Mastery of business model development, venture growth, and capital raising. Structured mentorship from a global network of industry leaders, founders, venture capitalists, and innovation specialists. Direct exposure to influential speakers, investors, and technology visionaries. Participants commit approximately 25+ hours per week, including 5.5 hours of live class sessions. Coursework Components The Fellowship consists of eight courses: Essentials of Entrepreneurship – Cultivating creative confidence and entrepreneurial leadership. Design Thinking – Applying human-centred design to solve complex challenges. Business Opportunities and Applications of Generative AI – Leveraging AI to drive innovation. Product Management: Transforming Opportunities into Great Products – Leading products from concept through growth. Business Model Innovation – Designing and refining scalable, competitive business models. Strategies for Sustainability – Building businesses that sustain people, planet, and profit. Idea to Market – Developing and launching market-ready solutions. Capstone Project – Pitching and presenting a fully developed entrepreneurial vision. Six courses are delivered via Stanford Online, with live facilitation from One League faculty to ensure applied, real-world learning. Pathway to One League MBA Upon completing the Entrepreneurial Innovation Fellowship, participants may continue to the One League Business Management Fellowship, forming the core curriculum for the One League MBA. Credits earned during the Entrepreneurial Innovation Fellowship apply directly toward the MBA. Prerequisites & Admissions Criteria Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance Demonstrated commitment to building a startup or leading innovation A clear passion for social and economic impact Professional résumé and academic transcripts English proficiency (for international applicants) Admissions Evaluation (Weighted 100%) Educational Experience – 15% Academic Accomplishments (GPA 3.7+ strongly preferred) – 15% Professional Experience – 15% Personal Statement Video – 15% Personal Accomplishments & Aspirations – 20% Admission Interview – 20% Applicants below preferred thresholds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
