About the Senior Officer, Program Operations Role The Senior Officer, Program Operations will support the Global Programme Operations and Programme Risk, Delivery & Performance (PRDP) functions. The officer will help identify trends, lessons learned and opportunities for improving programme effectiveness, operational efficiency and accountability. Communications and Leadership Support – 10% The position will develop high-quality communications, newsletters and engagement materials while supporting leadership meetings, workshops, strategic planning sessions and other organisational activities.
