HOPE not hate, the UK’s leading anti-fascist campaign group, has announced new career opportunities for individuals passionate about social justice, anti-racism, and community engagement. The organization is currently recruiting for two key positions: a Campaigns Officer focusing on countering anti-climate politics on the far right, and Community Organisers to support the ongoing A Million Acts of Hope campaign. These roles are central to HOPE not hate’s mission to build resilient communities and combat hate in the UK. Campaigns Officer The Campaigns Officer position offers a salary range of £39,000–£41,000 per year. The role can be based remotely or from the London office and is offered on a contract basis through April 2027. This position is ideal for professionals experienced in political campaigns, advocacy, or policy research, particularly those with an interest in environmental issues and countering far-right narratives. The Campaigns Officer will be responsible for: Developing and executing strategic campaigns to tackle anti-climate politics promoted by far-right groups. Collaborating with research and communications teams to ensure evidence-based campaign strategies. Engaging with partners, community groups, and supporters to amplify campaign impact. Monitoring political and social trends to identify emerging threats and opportunities for advocacy. Community Organiser HOPE not hate is also recruiting two Community Organisers to support the A Million Acts of Hope campaign, which celebrates positive community action across the UK. These roles are offered on a short-term contract with a pro-rated salary of £39,000 per year. Community Organisers will be tasked with: Mobilizing volunteers and community members to participate in campaigns and local initiatives. Supporting events and activities that highlight acts of hope and positive community engagement. Building partnerships with local organizations to strengthen networks and foster collaboration. Collecting and reporting feedback to improve the impact and reach of community campaigns.
