Over the course of one year, Fellows engage in an intensive leadership development journey that blends experiential learning, skills-based training, mentorship, and global engagement. Rather than focusing solely on theory, the programme emphasizes practical leadership grounded in ethics, courage, and accountability. Participants are supported to reflect on their leadership style, strengthen decision-making skills, and develop strategies to navigate complex political, social, and institutional environments.
