Who Can Apply? The ATPP program is open to educators currently teaching in public, private, or non-state schools across Nigeria, including: Non-professional teachers holding non-education Bachelor’s degrees. Teachers holding Higher National Diploma (HND), National Diploma (ND), or Ordinary National Diploma (OND) qualifications. Educators in Early Childhood Care Development Education (ECCDE), Primary, Secondary, and TVET settings. Instructors and volunteer educators in non-formal and alternative learning centers.
