About the Remote Opportunity The Digital Content and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for driving audience acquisition, engagement, and lead generation across ACLED’s global customer segments. Key Responsibilities The coordinator will oversee multiple areas of digital growth and product communications, including email marketing, webinars, virtual events, analytics, and demand generation. Core responsibilities include: Developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns Growing ACLED’s audience through lead generation and nurturing strategies Managing newsletters, email campaigns, and automated marketing workflows Segmenting audiences and personalizing communications using CRM tools Planning and delivering webinars, virtual roundtables, and online events Creating compelling messaging for ACLED’s data products and services Producing sales materials including case studies, presentations, and one-pagers Monitoring campaign performance and optimizing conversion rates using analytics Collaborating across research, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging The role places significant emphasis on measurable growth, customer engagement, and data-informed marketing decisions. Eligibility Requirements ACLED is looking for experienced professionals with a strong background in digital marketing and audience engagement.
