Key Responsibilities The Human Resource Officer will support both strategic and operational HR functions within the mission. Human Resource Management Core HR responsibilities include: Implementing AU HR policies and procedures Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes Coordinating contract issuance and renewals Managing staff records in SAP HRIS systems Monitoring payroll and staff entitlements Conducting HR compliance audits The role also involves maintaining accurate employee documentation and supporting staff welfare processes. Recruitment and Staffing Support The officer will: Coordinate vacancy announcements and recruitment logistics Support interview and selection processes Facilitate onboarding and induction of mission personnel Align job descriptions with approved mission structures This ensures the mission maintains effective staffing systems aligned with AU operational standards.
