Implemented by the Ministry of Youth Development on the mandate of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, this initiative empowers young Nigerians to become job creators, develop waste-to-wealth businesses, contributing to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), mitigating climate change effect, reducing environmental pollution and fostering economic growth.  Areas of Training Specialized, hands-on training grouped into key sectors of the circular economy. 1.
