Application Process Overview The AJA Foundation follows a structured, multi-stage application process designed to ensure alignment and thoughtful use of resources. Step 1: Letter of Inquiry (LOI) The process begins with a short message submitted through the Foundation’s online form The LOI should clearly explain: The organization’s mission and activities How the proposed program aligns with one philanthropic pillar The intended impact and population served The message is limited to 650 characters and should be concise and focused If the Foundation identifies strong alignment and has sufficient budget availability for the year, the organization may be invited to proceed to the next stage.
