Eligibility Requirements for Zimbabwean Applicants The U.S. Embassy has outlined several eligibility criteria that applicants must meet to be considered for the fellowship. Applicants must: Hold a first university degree equivalent to a four-year bachelor’s degree. Possess management or policy-related responsibilities in their profession. Have at least five years of full-time professional work experience after obtaining their undergraduate degree. Be Zimbabwean citizens currently living and working in Zimbabwe. Demonstrate fluency in English. Have limited or no prior professional experience in the United States. Show a proven record of leadership and commitment to public service.
