This programme is tailored to equip business owners with practical, hands-on skills needed to compete effectively in today’s fast-evolving digital economy. Participants will learn how to boost their brand visibility, engage customers more effectively, and drive business growth through digital transformation. The training will cover essential areas, including market research and goal setting, branding and storytelling, content strategy and social media management, marketing analytics and optimisation, customer relationship management (CRM), bookkeeping and fund management, as well as offer creation and Google My Business setup. As an added benefit, five outstanding businesses will receive up to ₦200,000 each to support the growth and expansion of their operations.
