Through mentorship, capacity building, and community engagement, the program equips emerging changemakers with the knowledge and tools to lead sustainable social change in their communities. The application deadline is November 15, 2025. Program Overview The I Am Worth GBV Ambassadors Program is designed as a leadership accelerator that nurtures young advocates working to combat GBV and foster inclusive societies in Africa. It aims to build a vibrant network of empowered leaders who drive policy engagement, mobilize communities, and implement innovative local solutions to address GBV prevention and response. Participants in the program will gain hands-on experience in advocacy, leadership development, community mobilization, and social innovation. Through structured workshops, peer-learning sessions, and mentorship, ambassadors will develop practical skills to design, implement, and evaluate community projects that promote gender equality and human dignity. The program culminates in the I Am Worth Summit 2026, which will take place in Kenya. This final gathering will bring together ambassadors, mentors, and regional partners to share success stories, showcase project outcomes, and celebrate the collective achievements of the cohort.
