Applicants are expected to meet the following criteria: Between 5 and 10 years of professional experience Demonstrated leadership in climate change, clean energy, or related fields Citizenship or residency in the Global South (Africa, Asia, Middle East, Latin America, or the Caribbean) Fluency in English, with strong communication skills Ability to fully participate in in-person and virtual programme components While there is no strict age requirement, the fellowship is intended for rising leaders with strong potential for future national or global leadership roles. Selection Criteria and Evaluation Focus Applications are assessed based on professional achievement, leadership potential, and commitment to climate action.
