Now in its third year, SIEF strengthens the capacity of executives across government, nonprofits, philanthropy, and education to deepen their leadership and scale systems-level change. This transformative fellowship combines rigorous academic learning with practical leadership development. It includes a two-week, in-person Leadership Institute at Harvard University’s Edmond & Lily Safra Center for Ethics, complemented by ongoing virtual convenings, 1:1 executive mentorship, peer learning, and coaching throughout the year. Fellows emerge with new tools, a global support network, and the confidence to lead with clarity and purpose in complex environments. Through engagement with Harvard faculty, global experts, and fellow changemakers, participants sharpen their leadership capacity and develop actionable strategies for lasting systems impact. What the Fellowship Offers The Social Impact Executive Fellowship equips participants to: Design cross-sector strategies that expand influence and mobilize stakeholders Enhance operational effectiveness, including culture, management, and systems thinking Lead through complexity, with greater resilience, adaptability, and clarity Fellows benefit from personalized support throughout the program, including access to executive coaches and Mountaintop’s Mentor Office Hours—a unique offering that enables 1:1 guidance from top business and social sector leaders.
