Procurement Analyst (NPSA-8) – Overview of the Procurement Analyst Role at UNDP The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is recruiting a Procurement Analyst under the National Personnel Service Agreement (NPSA-8). Key Responsibilities of the Procurement Analyst The Procurement Analyst is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of procurement services for Area-Based Recovery projects. Ensuring Compliance and Operational Strategy The analyst ensures that all procurement activities fully comply with UN/UNDP rules, regulations, and internal control systems. Market Research and Sourcing Strategy The position contributes to sourcing strategy development by conducting market research to identify suppliers and improve procurement outcomes for ABR projects. Knowledge Sharing and Capacity Building The Procurement Analyst is expected to actively contribute to knowledge management within UNDP.
