About the Fellowship Programme The Shape Society Health Initiative Research Fellowship Programme is a hands-on, capacity-building initiative that introduces fellows to the full research cycle—from conceptualization and design to ethical considerations, data analysis, and dissemination. The fellowship emphasizes practical learning, collaboration, and real-world application, ensuring that participants gain skills that are immediately transferable to academic, policy, and community-based settings.
