Its network spans over 300 partner organizations in 100+ countries, reaching more than 10.5 million children and youth. The organization is known for rigorous research, including Randomized Control Trials in countries like Cameroon, Burkina Faso, India, Tajikistan, Rwanda, and Uganda. The MERL team ensures programs are effective and impactful while building partner capacity in monitoring and evaluation. Responsibilities 1. Annual Survey Support (≈60% of tasks) Data cleaning and analysis Drafting the annual survey report 2. General M&E Support (≈40% of tasks) Support M&E activities for external projects Disseminate evidence via webinars, journals, blogs Assist in developing new M&E tools Index and maintain internal evidence repository Organize, update, and verify MERL database and project data 3.
