Description

The International Innovation Corps (IIC) is inviting passionate and driven professionals to apply for its 2026-27 Social Impact Fellowship – India Program. The fellowship is a one-year, full-time program running from April 2026 to April 2027, designed to equip the next generation of changemakers with the skills, experience, and networks required to tackle pressing social challenges. IIC places fellows on innovative, high-impact projects where they collaborate with communities, organizations, and governments to create measurable social impact. About the Fellowship The IIC Fellowship provides an opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in social innovation and public service. Fellows are placed as Project Associates in partner organizations across India, where they contribute to project design, implementation, and evaluation. Through this immersive experience, participants strengthen their problem-solving, leadership, and collaborative skills while making meaningful contributions to communities. Beyond project work, fellows engage in structured professional development, mentorship programs, and peer learning opportunities. They also gain access to the IIC global network of alumni and social innovators, fostering long-term collaborations and knowledge sharing across sectors and countries. The fellowship combines practical experience with strategic learning, preparing fellows to be future leaders in social impact and public service. Eligibility Criteria Applicants must meet the following requirements: Be under 30 years of age as of April 1, 2026. Hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution. The fellowship seeks candidates from diverse professional backgrounds who are committed to social impact, innovation, and collaborative problem-solving. Ideal candidates are adaptable, motivated, and capable of thriving in dynamic and complex work environments. Program Structure The IIC Fellowship is structured to ensure that participants gain a balance of practical experience, professional growth, and networking opportunities: Project Experience: Fellows work on assigned projects addressing real-world social challenges in India. They contribute to project planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and impact measurement. Professional Development: Fellows participate in training workshops, skill-building sessions, and mentorship programs focused on leadership, innovation, communication, and project management. Networking and Collaboration: Fellows join a community of like-minded professionals, experts, and alumni from around the world. They have opportunities to engage in cross-sector collaboration, knowledge sharing, and co-creation of innovative solutions.
