Roles and Responsibilities Training consultants will play a central role in delivering high-quality learning experiences. Required Qualifications and Experience To qualify, applicants must demonstrate strong academic and professional credentials, including: An advanced university degree in fields such as education, agricultural sciences, social sciences, or related disciplines At least 10 years of experience in designing and delivering capacity development programs Expertise in adult learning principles and curriculum design Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills Familiarity with Africa’s AR4D landscape Experience working with diverse, multicultural teams Additional advantages include certifications in leadership tools (e.g., MBTI, Emotional Intelligence frameworks), as well as experience in inclusive or special needs education. Proficiency in English and/or French is required.
