Available Positions Badili Africa is currently recruiting for two roles: Project Officer MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning) Officer Both positions are designed for professionals who are committed to delivering impactful, community-driven programmes and strengthening organisational learning systems. Project Officer Role Overview The Project Officer will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and coordination of programmes that advance Badili Africa’s mission. This role involves working closely with communities, partners, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered effectively and aligned with organisational goals. Key responsibilities typically include: Supporting the implementation of community-based programmes. Coordinating project activities and timelines. Engaging with stakeholders and partner organisations. Contributing to reporting and documentation of project outcomes. Ensuring programmes reflect feminist and inclusive principles. This role requires strong organisational skills, field experience, and a deep commitment to social justice and community engagement. MEAL Officer Role Overview The MEAL Officer will focus on strengthening data systems, accountability mechanisms, and learning processes within the organisation. This role is central to ensuring that programmes are evidence-based, effective, and continuously improving. Core responsibilities include: Designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks. Collecting, analysing, and interpreting programme data. Supporting accountability systems and feedback mechanisms. Producing reports that inform programme improvement and decision-making. Promoting a culture of learning across projects and teams. The MEAL Officer plays a critical role in ensuring that Badili Africa’s work is measurable, transparent, and impactful.
