Research Focus ERA:AI Fellows undertake research projects in one or more of the following areas: Technical AI Safety: Studying methods to ensure AI systems behave reliably and safely under a wide range of conditions. Technical AI Governance: Investigating mechanisms for monitoring and controlling AI development to mitigate global risks. AI Governance and Policy: Examining governance frameworks and policy solutions to address the societal and ethical challenges posed by frontier AI.
