Eligibility Criteria To be considered for the fellowship, applicants must meet the following requirements: Be currently based at a university in a low-income country, as defined by the World Bank Have completed a doctoral degree within the last six years Be actively engaged in teaching or research in education The fellowship is specifically designed to support early career researchers who demonstrate strong potential for academic contribution and leadership.
