About the Learnership Programme Learnerships at Sasol are designed to provide: Practical, on-the-job technical training Structured academic or institutional learning Exposure to real operational environments Workplace readiness development Formal assessments leading to qualification Participants will engage in competency-based training and must successfully complete all required assessments and workplace readiness activities. Available Fields of Specialisation Learnership opportunities are available in the following artisan trades: Mechanical Fitter Instrumentation Electrician Chemical Plant Operator Each discipline offers technical training aligned with industry standards and operational requirements within Sasol’s Secunda Operations. Minimum Requirements Applicants must meet the following academic criteria: A completed National Senior Certificate (NSC) or equivalent qualification. A pass in: Technical Mathematics or Mathematics English or Business English Technical Science or Physical Science Candidates who do not meet these academic requirements will not be considered. Core Programme Expectations Successful applicants will be required to: Participate fully in the Learnership programme. Complete all assessments and evaluation processes. Engage in mandatory workplace readiness training. Demonstrate commitment, discipline, and continuous learning.
