The role will help ensure that CARE’s People & Culture priorities are integrated into organizational planning, decision-making and operational performance. The position also involves supporting senior recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, succession planning and leadership development across the region. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will have a broad regional HR portfolio covering strategic advisory services, organizational development, compliance, employee engagement and HR capability building. Key responsibilities include: Advising the Regional Leadership Team on strategic HR and people-related priorities. Integrating HR strategy into regional business planning and organizational performance. Supporting the implementation of global People & Culture initiatives across country offices. Using HR data and analytics to identify workforce trends and inform decision-making. Supporting recruitment for senior positions across the region. Advising leadership during restructuring and organizational realignment. Leading change-management initiatives and supporting new operating models. Strengthening the capacity of country HR teams through coaching, mentoring and peer learning. Supporting talent management, succession planning and leadership pipelines.
