Position Overviews and Application Requirements 1. Manager of Movement PartnershipsThe Manager of Movement Partnerships will oversee the organization’s engagement with partners and stakeholders to advance Liberation Ventures’ mission. This role requires strategic relationship-building skills, experience in program management, and a demonstrated ability to foster collaboration across sectors. Eligibility and Key Requirements: Proven experience in partnership management, stakeholder engagement, or social impact program leadership. Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to develop and execute strategies that strengthen partner networks and mission impact. Cover Letter submission required. 2. Operations ManagerThe Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of organizational processes, optimizing operational efficiency, and supporting leadership in managing internal systems and resources. Eligibility and Key Requirements: Background in operations management, administration, or organizational leadership. Experience in managing budgets, workflows, and organizational logistics. Strong problem-solving, project management, and leadership capabilities. Cover Letter submission required. 3. Manager of Data, Strategy, & Impact (DSI)The Manager of DSI will lead data-driven strategy and evaluation efforts to inform organizational decision-making, measure program effectiveness, and guide long-term planning. Eligibility and Key Requirements: Experience in data analysis, impact measurement, and strategic planning within non-profit or mission-driven organizations. Proficiency in designing monitoring and evaluation frameworks and translating data into actionable insights. Strong analytical and communication skills to inform leadership and stakeholders. Executive Writer/Editor (Part-Time Consultant)The Executive Writer/Editor will develop and refine high-quality written materials, including thought leadership pieces, reports, and communications for external audiences. Eligibility and Key Requirements: Proven writing and editing experience in professional or policy-oriented settings. Ability to produce clear, compelling, and well-structured written content. Familiarity with mission-driven communications and ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences. Writing Sample submission required (2–3 samples combined in a single PDF).
