The Secretariat coordinates the movement’s operations, logistics, and member engagement, providing essential support to accelerate social innovation globally. About Catalyst Now Catalyst Now brings together over 6,000 members from 4,500+ organizations across 156 countries to co-create solutions that advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The movement fosters collaboration, knowledge sharing, and systemic change by connecting social innovators worldwide. Vision 2025–2029: Catalyst Now aims to tackle global challenges including climate change, conflict, and inequality, turning complexity into opportunities for sustainable change. Europe Chapter Overview The Europe Chapter focuses on the European continent, supporting members and changemakers by: Facilitating idea exchange and collaboration within the region Creating tools, resources, and spaces for innovation Promoting policies and practices that advance a fair, green, and inclusive society Working independently from national and local chapters while engaging diverse ecosystem actors Key Responsibilities Support the organisation of events, workshops, and networking sessions for members Assist in the development of tools and resources for regional changemakers Contribute to communications, newsletters, and social media content Research and track innovations and policy developments relevant to the European social innovation ecosystem Help document and disseminate impact stories and lessons learned Qualifications and Experience Current student or recent graduate in social sciences, international development, or related fields Strong organisational and communication skills Interest in social innovation, sustainability, and the UN SDGs Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global virtual environment Proficiency in English; additional European languages an advantage What Catalyst Now Offers Practical experience in a global social innovation movement Exposure to international networks and changemaker communities Mentorship and learning opportunities within the Secretariat Flexible remote working arrangement Job Location Remote, supporting Europe Chapter activities Application Deadline & How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their CV and a brief motivation letter to info@catalystnow.net.
