Endline Evaluation and Learning Journey – Local Leadership Labs Type: ConsultancyApplication Deadline: 5 January 2026 CIVICUS is seeking a consultant or consultancy team to conduct the endline evaluation of the Local Leadership Labs initiative and to develop the LLL Learning Journey. This assignment will assess the initiative’s contribution to systemic change in locally led development and strengthen CIVICUS’s learning and influencing agenda. This consultancy aims to ensure that prototypes are coherent, usable, accessible, and aligned with the needs and capacities of diverse civil society actors.
