Call for Expression of Interest (EOI) Data Collection Firms – Africa (Excluding Kenya) Impact Africa Consulting Limited Impact Africa Consulting Limited is currently expanding its network of trusted implementation partners and is inviting qualified Data Collection Firms across Africa (outside Kenya) to join its regional database of field and research partners. As the organization continues to implement complex assignments across the continent, it recognizes that successful project delivery goes beyond technical methodology. Effective data collection also requires deep contextual understanding of local environments, including language, culture, geography, institutional systems, and community dynamics. To strengthen the quality, efficiency, and responsiveness of its Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) activities, Impact Africa Consulting Limited is building a pool of pre-qualified data collection firms capable of supporting diverse assignments across multiple countries. Purpose of the EOI This Expression of Interest aims to identify experienced and reliable firms that can be engaged for: Impact assessments Baseline and endline surveys Monitoring and evaluation studies Qualitative and quantitative research Rapid assessments and field data collection exercises Multi-country and large-scale data collection projects Selected firms will be included in a regional roster of implementation partners and may be invited to participate in future project-specific opportunities. Required Capabilities Interested firms must demonstrate the following: Proven experience in large-scale quantitative and qualitative data collection Strong operational presence and/or geographic reach within African countries (excluding Kenya) Established systems for digital data collection, validation, and quality assurance Experience working with donors, NGOs, development partners, government institutions, or private sector clients Ability to rapidly mobilize, train, and deploy enumerators and field teams Strong understanding of ethical data collection standards and fieldwork protocols Capacity to deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines and challenging environments Additional Requirements Applicants are expected to show: Demonstrated ability to manage field logistics across diverse terrains and communities Strong organizational structure with skilled field supervisors and enumerators Familiarity with tools such as KoboToolbox, ODK, SurveyCTO, or similar platforms Experience ensuring data integrity, respondent protection, and confidentiality Capacity for multi-country coordination and remote project management where required How to Apply Interested and qualified data collection firms are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) including a detailed Organisational Capability Statement.
