The program is built on structured daily milestones, weekly deliverables, and accountability systems designed to launch tech careers across the continent. About the Role DataraFlow is seeking a proactive Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone for its six-month AI/Data Science talent accelerator. Working remotely in West Africa Time (WAT), the Program Manager will lead cohort delivery, manage mentor-participant relationships, monitor learner progress, and oversee graduation retention goals. Key Responsibilities Cohort Management: Own the cohort schedule, milestone tracking, weekly deliverable cycles, and graduation checkpoints. Participant Support: Serve as the main point of contact for learners, running orientation, monitoring disengagement risks, and driving cohort retention. Mentor Coordination: Recruit, onboard, match, and coordinate volunteer mentors across the 6-month cycle. Platform Operations: Administer Discord, Zoho platforms, publication sites, learning portals, and spreadsheet databases. Reporting & Problem Solving: Maintain detailed participant records, report cohort health metrics to executive leadership, and resolve operational bottlenecks proactive. Eligibility & Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in program management, community management, or EdTech operations. Cohort Leadership: Demonstrated track record of managing an educational cohort or training program from start to finish. Technical Tools: Practical experience using Discord, Zoho (or similar CRM/platform tools), learning portals, and spreadsheets. Operations: Reliable high-speed internet connection and full availability during West Africa Time (WAT) working hours. Interest: A strong interest in Data Science, AI education, and African talent development. Nice to Have: Background in EdTech bootcamps, familiarity with AI/Data Science fundamentals, and experience managing volunteer networks. Salary & Benefits Monthly Compensation: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000.
