Priority areas include: Disability Inclusion Specialists Accessibility Auditors and Universal Design Experts Inclusive Policy and Governance Advisors Disability-Inclusive Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and Humanitarian Specialists ICT and Assistive Technology Professionals Experts in Inclusive: Education Health Livelihoods Social Protection These roles are critical in ensuring that development programmes are accessible, equitable, and responsive to the needs of persons with disabilities. Ideal Candidate Profile Disability & Development Pathways is seeking professionals who bring both technical expertise and a strong commitment to inclusive development. Successful candidates will demonstrate: A minimum of 10 years of proven consultancy experience A strong track record in: Disability-inclusive programming Research Advisory services In-depth knowledge of key frameworks and standards, including: United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD) Inclusive development frameworks Accessibility standards and best practices The organization strongly encourages applications from individuals with lived experience of disability, recognizing the value of personal insight in shaping inclusive solutions. Role and Impact Consultants selected for the roster will have the opportunity to contribute to high-impact regional initiatives aimed at transforming systems and improving access for persons with disabilities.
