Role Summary EcoVadis is seeking an Account Executive to join its high-performing North American sales team. The role focuses on expanding the organisation’s footprint among medium-sized enterprises across the region. Working closely with marketing and customer success teams, the Account Executive will contribute to shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy while supporting companies on their sustainability journeys. This position is suited to a motivated sales professional who thrives in fast-paced, international environments and is eager to build expertise in sustainability, procurement, and responsible business practices. As EcoVadis continues its rapid growth, the role is expected to evolve, offering opportunities for increased responsibility and professional development. Key Responsibilities The Account Executive will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle and driving new business growth in North America, including: Managing the end-to-end sales process, from qualification and business analysis through product demonstrations, negotiation, and deal closure Consistently achieving or exceeding assigned sales quotas Conducting high-quality virtual and in-person meetings with prospective clients within the assigned territory Developing strong knowledge of sustainability, sustainable procurement, and EcoVadis’ solutions Acting as a brand ambassador for EcoVadis’ full suite of products and services Driving account-based sales development strategies to grow market presence Collaborating with marketing and customer success teams to align messaging and client engagement Contributing ideas, strategies, and insights that support EcoVadis’ long-term vision and values Required Qualifications and Experience To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate strong sales acumen, initiative, and communication skills. The ideal profile includes: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience A minimum of two years of B2B sales experience in North America A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Experience or exposure to sustainability, CSR, procurement, or compliance solutions, considered an advantage Fluency in English and strong familiarity with North American corporate business culture Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, particularly in virtual settings Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities under pressure Strong motivation to grow a long-term career in sales within an international environment What EcoVadis Offers EcoVadis recognises that its people are central to its success and offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support wellbeing, growth, and work-life balance.
