This senior role will play a pivotal part in strengthening strategy, systems, and processes to make EduSpots truly future-ready. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and the wider team to scale impact, support grassroots educators, and enhance operational excellence across EduSpots Global and EduSpots Ghana. About EduSpots EduSpots is a hands-on, innovative organisation focused on igniting future community leadership through transformative education. EduSpots partners with 400 grassroots educators, currently primarily based in Ghana . These educators lead local learning spaces, known as “Spots”, in 50 underserved communities, reaching 10,000 learners annually. Using digital tools, training programs, and the EduSpots app, the organisation delivers education that empowers learners and cultivates local leadership. EduSpots fosters a friendly, playful, and collaborative work environment where all team members contribute their talents to drive meaningful impact. EduSpots Role Overview: Global Head of Operations The Global Head of Operations is a new role being introduced in 2026, designed to strengthen systems, processes, and strategic delivery across EduSpots. This senior position offers hands-on support to the CEO and team in a complex, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will: Strengthen operational systems, processes, and governance across EduSpots Global and EduSpots Ghana. Provide strategic advice and hands-on support to the CEO during a period of organisational growth and complex fundraising challenges. Ensure smooth implementation of project management, finance, HR, and monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) processes. Support staff across both teams to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Drive initiatives that expand learner reach and Catalysts’ participation, while helping share EduSpots’ community-led education model globally. Contribute to organisational planning, policy development, and operational decision-making.
