Exciting role at EduSpots EduSpots, a creative and values-driven organisation transforming community-led education, is searching for its first Global Head of Operations. This senior role will play a pivotal part in strengthening strategy, systems, and processes to make EduSpots truly future-ready. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and the wider team to scale impact, support grassroots educators, and enhance operational excellence across EduSpots Global and EduSpots Ghana. About EduSpots EduSpots is a hands-on, innovative organisation focused on igniting future community leadership through transformative education. EduSpots partners with 400 grassroots educators, currently primarily based in Ghana . These educators lead local learning spaces, known as “Spots”, in 50 underserved communities, reaching 10,000 learners annually. Using digital tools, training programs, and the EduSpots app, the organisation delivers education that empowers learners and cultivates local leadership. EduSpots fosters a friendly, playful, and collaborative work environment where all team members contribute their talents to drive meaningful impact. EduSpots Role Overview: Global Head of Operations The Global Head of Operations is a new role being introduced in 2026, designed to strengthen systems, processes, and strategic delivery across EduSpots. This senior position offers hands-on support to the CEO and team in a complex, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will: Strengthen operational systems, processes, and governance across EduSpots Global and EduSpots Ghana. Provide strategic advice and hands-on support to the CEO during a period of organisational growth and complex fundraising challenges. Ensure smooth implementation of project management, finance, HR, and monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) processes. Support staff across both teams to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Drive initiatives that expand learner reach and Catalysts’ participation, while helping share EduSpots’ community-led education model globally. Contribute to organisational planning, policy development, and operational decision-making. Role Details Location: Remote (open to global candidates) Reporting To: CEO Hours: 24 hours per week (3 days) Applications Close: 31 December 2025 Who EduSpots is Looking For EduSpots seeks a strategic, empathetic, and highly organised operations leader who can thrive in a fast-moving, impact-driven environment. Ideal candidates will have: Experience in project management, finance, HR, and MEL (or a strong willingness to develop skills quickly). Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a small, distributed team. A passion for educational equity and belief in community-led education models. Flexibility and adaptability to support a rapidly growing organisation in a challenging context. Understanding of or interest in learning UK law, accounting, and policy development. Growth Opportunity This role offers significant potential for career progression: Successful candidates may evolve into a Director of Global Operations or Deputy CEO role.
