Other organizations may also participate in the process, particularly when collaborating as co-organizers alongside regional VOPEs and EvalYouth chapters. This collaborative approach helps ensure broader participation and stronger regional representation. Important considerations for leadership and partnerships include: Regional VOPEs and EvalYouth chapters are encouraged to act as primary organizers. Other organizations may join as co-organizers to support event planning and implementation. Responsibilities of Proposing Organizations Organizations submitting an Expression of Interest are responsible for managing the full lifecycle of their proposed event. Managing logistical arrangements and event delivery. Covering all event-related costs. Leading communication and outreach activities before, during, and after the event.
