Participants are challenged with a central question: “Which wall will your research break?” Each applicant must present a concise, compelling idea that demonstrates how their work contributes to solving real-world problems across disciplines such as science, technology, policy, and social innovation. Who Can Apply? The competition is open to students and early-career professionals across all disciplines. Applicants must: Be at least 18 years old Meet at least one academic condition: Currently enrolled as a university student Hold a Bachelor’s degree (within 10 years) Hold a Master’s degree (within 7 years) Hold a PhD (within 5 years) Medical and professional qualifications are also recognized as equivalent where applicable.
