FG-Backed 3MTT Opens Talent Registry, Offers 3,000 Tech Jobs Paying From N150,000 Monthly
opportunitieshub.ng

Application Deadline

May 14, 2026

Description

The Federal Government-backed 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) programme has opened applications for its Talent Registry, creating access to about 3,000 technology job opportunities with a minimum monthly salary of N150,000. The initiative, delivered in partnership with Skill Ladders and the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), is designed to bridge the gap between digital skills training and actual employment within Nigeria’s growing tech ecosystem. According to organisers, the Talent Registry serves as a structured pathway that connects trained participants directly to job opportunities. They explained that the programme is not only focused on training but also on ensuring participants transition into paid employment. The platform currently lists over 3,000 available roles, with successful applicants expected to earn at least N150,000 monthly, depending on their role and placement. To qualify, applicants are required to complete a five-stage process on the Skill Ladders platform, beginning with profile registration and skill selection. Candidates will then proceed to a skill assessment, followed by a role-based assessment designed to match them with suitable job opportunities. Those who successfully complete all stages will gain access to the earning phase, where job placements and payments become available. The organisers described the final stage as the employment phase, where trained talents begin to earn from available roles after completing all required assessments. They added that the initiative reflects the broader objective of the Federal Government to expand Nigeria’s digital workforce and improve employability among young people through structured tech training and job linkage systems. Interested applicants are expected to complete the process through the official 3MTT and Skill Ladders platform before the application deadline of May 14, 2026. Access to the registration portal is available via 3MTT Talent Registry Login.
