Dior remains a sustainable home for learning, daring, and personal growth. Important Program Information This program is not a recruitment pathway for an internship or job at Dior or UNESCO. It is a mentorship and education program running in parallel with a participant’s studies. Applications are open 26 November – 31 December 2025 (11:59 PM Paris Time). Applications submitted outside this window will not be considered. About the Women@Dior & UNESCO Program Launched in 2017, Women@Dior & UNESCO is a unique international mentoring and education program dedicated to aspiring young women worldwide. Built on the Maison Dior’s tradition of transmission and driven by a global network of inspiring talents, the initiative now counts more than 2,800 mentees from over 60 countries, representing nearly 90 nationalities. The Program aims to nurture responsible leadership, self-awareness, and social impact through: Personalized mentorship Access to an exclusive online education platform Inspirational talks with global leaders A collective social-impact project A global sisterhood community The experience culminates in the “Dream for Change” Project, where mentees collaborate on real-world solutions empowering women and girls. Program Pillars Mentorship Each participant is paired with a Dior Mentor for personalized guidance. Matching is based on compatibility, shared aspirations, and professional interests. Mentees receive support to define career goals, build networks, and explore early professional pathways. Over 300 Dior talents participate annually as Mentors. Education Platform Mentees access 16+ online courses led by distinguished professors and speakers. Core themes include: Self-care & self-awareness Autonomy Creativity Inclusion Sustainable development Inspiring Interview Series Exclusive discussions with leaders from LVMH, Maison Dior, and UNESCO. Topics address gender equity, leadership, diversity, and inclusion. Dream for Change Project Small groups design a concrete project supporting women and girls. The initiative must address a real-world problem and generate social impact. Sisterhood Community A year-long global network supported through events, workshops, and shared learning. Certification Requirements To earn the Women@Dior & UNESCO certificate, mentees must: Complete all online courses and coursework Participate in mentorship activities Engage with the interview series Contribute actively to the Dream for Change projectIncomplete participation results in loss of certificate eligibility and possible program withdrawal.
