Fully Covered (CRPP) Community Resilience Partnership Program The Community Resilience Partnership Program (CRPP) has opened a Call for Solutions ahead of the CRPP Partnership Forum 2026, inviting practitioners and organizations—particularly women-led and women-focused initiatives—to showcase innovative, pro-poor climate adaptation solutions from South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Pacific countries. Forum Dates: 24–25 February 2026Location: Bangkok, ThailandTravel Support: Fully covered for selected presenters The selected solutions will be presented at the fourth annual CRPP Partnership Forum, a high-level convening that brings together community leaders, government officials, development partners, private sector actors, financial institutions, and global climate funds to advance practical pathways for climate resilience at the local level. About the CRPP The Community Resilience Partnership Program (CRPP) supports countries and communities across the Asia and Pacific region to scale up investments in climate adaptation that explicitly address the nexus of climate change, poverty, and gender. A core feature of the program is its dedicated gender window, with funding earmarked specifically for women-focused investments that strengthen climate resilience and inclusive livelihoods. CRPP is operationalized through the Community Resilience Financing Partnership Facility (CRFPF), a multi-donor trust fund administered by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and supported by the French Development Agency, Green Climate Fund, Nordic Development Fund, and the Government of the United Kingdom. About the CRPP Partnership Forum 2026 The CRPP Partnership Forum is an annual platform for learning, collaboration, and partnership-building. Each year, the forum explores how poverty reduction policies and programs can deliver measurable climate adaptation outcomes, particularly for the most vulnerable populations. The 2026 Forum will focus on the role of livelihoods-related programs in strengthening climate resilience at the community level. These approaches are often delivered through sectoral interventions in: Social protection Agriculture and natural resource management Skills development and employment Financial inclusion and market access The forum will examine how government systems can better reach vulnerable populations and coordinate across sectors, while also leveraging the private sector’s role in mobilizing capital, creating sustainable markets, and driving innovation. This year’s discussions build on previous CRPP Partnership Forums: 2023: Adaptive social protection and climate-resilient agriculture 2024: Decentralized systems and climate-resilient skills development 2025: Urban poverty reduction and financial inclusion Call for Solutions: Key Focus Areas The CRPP Secretariat invites submissions of practical, scalable, and innovative pro-poor adaptation solutions under the following four thematic areas: Topic 1: Climate-Resilient Livelihoods through Social Safety Net Programs Climate shocks can rapidly erode assets, disrupt income, and push vulnerable households deeper into poverty. This theme focuses on adaptive and shock-responsive social protection, including integrated livelihood approaches such as poverty graduation programs, that help households absorb shocks, stabilize consumption, protect well-being, and build long-term resilience. Topic 2: Strengthening Women’s Access to Human and Financial Capital Women are key agents of change but continue to face barriers in accessing technical skills, financial services, and climate information. This topic highlights solutions that strengthen women’s human capital, access to finance, and decision-making power, enabling them to diversify livelihoods, manage climate risk, and invest in resilient futures. Topic 3: Community Collective Action for Climate-Resilient Livelihoods and Markets Collective management of financial, natural, and physical assets is essential for community-wide resilience. This theme focuses on cooperatives, producer groups, community enterprises, and natural resource management committees that enhance bargaining power, resource sustainability, and market access during climate shocks. Topic 4: Developing Climate-Resilient MSMEs through Enabling Systems and Partnerships Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are central to local economies but are highly exposed to climate risks. This topic seeks solutions that strengthen MSME resilience through public–private partnerships, climate-responsive finance, national systems, and ecosystem actors such as development banks, chambers of commerce, and industry associations. Selection and Support One innovative solution will be selected for each topic (four in total). Selected practitioners will be invited to present their solutions at the CRPP Partnership Forum 2026 in Bangkok. ADB will cover travel costs for selected presenters, ensuring participation is accessible to practitioners from low- and middle-income contexts. Who Should Apply? The call is particularly targeted at: Practitioners and implementers working on pro-poor climate adaptation Women leaders and women-led initiatives Organizations operating in South Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific NGOs, community-based organizations, social enterprises, and development practitioners with tested solutions This call offers a unique opportunity to showcase real-world climate adaptation solutions, influence regional and global policy discussions, and connect with major development and climate finance actors shaping resilience investments across Asia and the Pacific.
