Purpose of the Senior Manager Role The Senior Manager, Pipeline & Donor Strategy will lead donor pipeline development and fundraising strategy implementation across the organisation. Reporting to the Director of Development & Impact, the successful candidate will manage donor engagement processes while helping shape long-term fundraising priorities.
