Compliance Officer The Compliance Officer will help ensure that GlobalPay and its licensed entities comply with CBN requirements, AML/CFT regulations and other applicable financial-services regulations. Professional certification such as ACAMS or an equivalent qualification is advantageous. Applicants should have an OND, HND or bachelor’s degree in any discipline and 1–3 years of customer service or call-centre experience. Experience in banking, fintech or telecommunications is an advantage. HR Manager The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR policies and workplace culture. The position requires at least five years of professional HR management experience, strong knowledge of Nigerian employment legislation and experience supporting or scaling teams in fast-paced environments.
