A commercially viable business model is essential. Innovation: Halcyon looks for novel products, processes, business models or approaches that create unique value. Talent: Founders should demonstrate the drive and commitment required to grow the venture and achieve its impact and financial objectives. Programme Structure and Time Commitment Halcyon programmes are structured around a hybrid format combining online and in-person participation. The current structure includes a virtual programme kickoff, a one-week in-person residency at the beginning, four monthly virtual meetings and a concluding one-week in-person residency. Each programme can accept up to 10 ventures. Selected founders receive stipends distributed at multiple points during the fellowship, including payments before the residencies and after the programme concludes.
