Program Overview The Global Internship Program is structured as a 4–6 week intensive training experience where participants work closely with HENNGE’s engineering teams. Key features of the program include: On-site training at HENNGE’s Shibuya office in Tokyo Mentorship from experienced cloud product engineers Daily collaboration with an international engineering team Hands-on technical projects designed to strengthen core development skills Use of cloud technologies, particularly Amazon Web Services, during training and development exercises The program runs Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (JST). Participants will engage in technical learning sessions, project work, peer discussions, and regular feedback meetings with mentors. Although the internship itself is unpaid, participants receive extensive financial and logistical support. Exceptional interns may also be considered for full-time employment opportunities with HENNGE after completing the program. Choose Your Engineering Pathway Applicants must select at least one pathway during the application process. Each pathway focuses on a specific set of technologies and development skills. Interns cannot switch pathways after the program begins. Full-Stack Engineering Pathway The Full-Stack Engineering Pathway is designed for participants who want to gain experience building and connecting both front-end and back-end systems.
