Key Responsibilities KMC Implementation: Facilitate skin-to-skin contact and support mothers in the practical application of Kangaroo Mother Care. Clinical Monitoring: Closely monitor the health and vital signs of underweight and preterm babies to ensure stable progress. Maternal Education: Provide comprehensive counseling to mothers on exclusive breastfeeding, thermal care, and hygiene. Infection Control: Strictly maintain Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) protocols within the neonatal unit.
